As a new client of our Clinic in Greensboro, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.

What to Expect When You Drop your Pet Off

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly.

One of our front staff members will then go over all paperwork with you and make sure all important forms are signed. Most times, payment will be requested at the time of drop-off.

Then, a veterinary technician will usher your pet to the back, weigh them, and put them in a comfortable cage.

You will then be free to go. Plan on picking your pet up between 3pm-5pm the same afternoon in most cases.

What to Expect During Our Walk-In Clinic

When you arrive, you will be greeted warmly, and we will check in your pet. You will then be asked to have a seat until a room is available.

A veterinary technician will then usher you to an exam room and start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition. They will also provide you with helpful pet care information and answer wellness and care questions for you.

In most cases, the veterinary technician will then weigh the pet and perform any testing and/or general services on your pet.

Afterward, our veterinarian will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then administer vaccines. Once done, the doctor will discuss any findings on the exam and recommend any further services.


Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

Once complete, you will be asked to go back to the front. Once the veterinarian finishes entering charges and notes in the computer, the chart will be brought to the front. An available team member will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients in a timely manner, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
